115

"Every day, for 115 days from the 24rd March 2020 to 17th July 2020, usually between 9 am and 10 am, I would make my way to St James's Park and photograph the closed shutter of the kiosk from a fixed position. This practice terminated on July 18th 2020 when I found the kiosk reopened."

115 is a 3 min 25 sec video of a refreshment kiosk located in St. James Park, London, shot over the 115 days during which it was shut between the 24th March 2020, the first day of the first COVID - 19 lockdown in the UK, before reopening on the 18th July 2020.

On the 23rd March 2020, I found the refreshment kiosk shut in St James's Park next to the children's playground. That evening Boris Johnson announced that COVID - 19 regulations, referred to as a Lockdown, would be effective from the 24th March 2020. Every day, for 115 days from the 24rd March 2020 to 17th July 2020, usually between 9 am and 10 am, I would make my way to St James's Park and photograph the closed shutter of the kiosk from a fixed position. This practice terminated on July 18th 2020 when I found the kiosk reopened.
