Waste Works
"The ambition is that nothing leaves the studio as waste."
These works are produced using studio waste, e.g., paper, white spirit, masking tape, plastic, canvas, etc., typically reformed in the image of studio resources, such as water and white spirit bottles.
The ambition is that nothing leaves the studio as waste. Gestures was produced by reusing gesture studies produced in preparation for the gesture in the Historic Acts series. In Boxed materials types, paper, plastic, etc., are shredded, folded or chopped up and stored in boxes and papier-mache Tile(s) are formed in rubberised baking trays .
